Each year, the Georgetown Business Improvement District (BID) invites artists to submit proposals for their annual Georgetown GLOW Winter Public Art Exhibition, an outdoor display of light art installations on view in Washington, D.C. from early December through early January. Georgetown GLOW is free and open to the general public, with installations lit nightly from 5 to 10 p.m. in the commercial district.

THIS YEAR’S CALL FOR ARTISTS HAS CLOSED AND 2019 ARTISTS WILL BE ANNOUNCED SOON.

To learn more about GLOW and artist opportunities, we encourage all to review our Call for Artists proposal details below as we will be launching another Call for Artists at the end of the year for GLOW 2020.
